About Coach

Growing up, I had the ultimate squad - three older brothers who made every game a blast. Seriously, four is the magic number for team sports in our family. You throw a sport our way, and we've probably conquered it. After high school, I took my passion for football pro, diving into a world filled with top-notch trainers and nutrition gurus. Their influence sparked my passion for coaching and instilled in me an unwavering commitment to maintaining an adaptive mindset. I firmly believe that there are myriad paths to achieving a common goal, and discovering what resonates best with you is paramount.

Turning Point

During an Olympic weightlifting competition, I tore a ligament surrounding my clavicle, an incident that left me doubting whether I would ever surpass the strength I possessed at that moment. Consequently, I discontinued my weightlifting pursuits. When I moved to NYC a couple of years ago, I started taking classes that incorporated only movements. To my surprise, I discovered that I didn't need to go back to square one, which left me with a renewed passion for weightlifting. I am pleased to share through personal experience that our bodies have the remarkable capacity to rebound from injury, often emerging even stronger than before. I've been PRing ever since!
